Refund Policy
1. CAN I REFUND A GARMENT?
• Our policy at Blooming Threads does Not allow any refunds. Each garment is specifically made to order and undergoes strict quality control checks.
2. HOW CAN I EXCHANGE A GARMENT?
Our policy at Blooming Threads allows our customers to exchange a garment for another size or design. Please note – We only allow exchange and Not any refunds.
3. WHAT IF THE GARMENT RECEIVED IS FAULTY / DAMAGED?
Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however, if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will replace it or refund the cost as long as it has been communicated within 5 days of delivery. Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use are not considered a manufacturing fault. If you have received a faulty item please email us hello@shopbloomingthreads.com. In the email mention the reason for the claim along with images of the damage. We will replace the item if stock is available or refund you upon return.
